Arabian Consulting Engineering Centre (ACE C) was founded in Riyadh, K.S.A. on 01/12/1399 H (1979) by Engr. Abdullah Ahmed Bugshan to perform general engineering and architectural services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries. To date, it remains 100% owned by Engr. Bugshan.
The Eastern Branch of ACEC specializes in engineering and design services to the oil & gas (on/offshore), chemicals/petrochemicals, refining, power/cogeneration, desalination, industrial and infrastructure sectors, with a staff of over 125 professionals and support personnel in its Al-Khobar office. ACEC is one of the largest In-Kingdom engineering companies serving industrial clients in Saudi Arabia.
ACEC is a well-established Saudi Aramco approved GES Contractor, with good connections and working relationships with all key players in the industry.
A management and technical services agreement is established between ACEC and AKER Process Ltd., a member of AKER Group and known as AKER Solutions. This provides access to international project execution, resources, tools and methods e.g. Project Management, FEED, Construction Management, etc. Effectively this collaboration allows ACEC access to international resources and up to date technologies.
ACEC has performed and is currently performing significant engineering services for SAUDI ARAMCO, The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, SEC-East/Central/West, Samref, Sasref, Luberef, Sabic, Sadaf, Ibn Sina, Kemya, Ibn Zahr, Petrokemya, Khafji Joints Operations (KJO), Jubail Energy Company (JEC), Bapco, Banoco, QGPC, and several other private clients.
ACEC is multi-discipline engineering company with engineering professionals in the disciplines of civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation and controls, communications, piping, mechanical and process engineering supported by IT, cost and scheduling, as well as procurement and project management personnel.
ACEC has one of the most diversified and well-qualified staff In-Kingdom to serve the industrial and infrastructure business sectors and petroleum industry. When required, ACEC uses the services of specialists, for assignments to its office for specialized process design, in addition to mobilizing specialized task forces In-Kingdom to assist specific projects.
ACEC is currently located at the new Bugshan Center in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This complex is a state-of-the-art 8,000 square-meter office park with complete Internet/Intranet and other voice/data communications capabilities. Bugshan Center will be able to accommodate ACEC's engineering and project requirements for the foreseeable future.
