Implementation strategies are supported by proven processes and systems to deliver on schedule and cost. Our own Integrated Management Systems interface with all known client programs to manage budget, procurement, document hand over and completions. Our total service offering incorporates all aspects of project and program management, management consultancy and construction support.
We can supply a variety of skilled project management personnel to support clients across a variety of disciplines for the different phases of a project including engineering, planning, construction, shutdown, commissioning and operational support.
The Projects will be executed by ACEC in its home office in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. ACEC performs the work under the leadership of a Project Manager for the project duration and will manage the design office engineering functions.
ACEC’s Project management &engineering Design Team consists of experienced personnel who are familiar with Multidiscipline design in accordance with the local &International Standards. ACEC will provide the necessary personnel required during the design, engineering& construction support of the project.
ACEC generally uses a task force approach for large projects to perform this work. The task force is a multi-disciplined group headed by a Project Manager with the technical and management skills necessary to organize implement and control the work on schedule and within budget.
A Project may range from simple equipment replacement work to extensive engineering, procurement, and construction which typically include problem definition/evaluation, scheduling, engineering, design, purchasing, and construction technical support.
ACEC is a full service organization that performs engineering and design of all types of refinery and petrochemical facilities. Following is a brief description of the functions and deliverables of major disciplines involved in the design phase of a project& construction supervision.
